About the Role

• You are likely to love this role if (1) You love ambiguity and see yourself as entrepreneurial, and (2) Your default mode is hustling and getting things done
• You should ideally be fresh out of college (bachelors) or <2 years of full time experience.
• You will work directly with the founder Shikhar
• This is contract role where the duration of the contract could be anywhere from 1 month to 4 months depending on the interviews
• The role is remote to begin with but we prefer folks who'd like to move to Bangalore especially if this converts to a full-time role
• The compensation for the role will be between INR 60-80k
• Your day to day work could differ every week but you'll be largely working on revolutionising the broken hiring process
