Job Title: Remote Medical Advisor (Non-Practicing Doctor) – Patient Inquiries & Lead Generation

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified non-practicing doctor to join our remote team as a Medical Advisor. In this role, you will handle inbound patient inquiries via phone, provide accurate information regarding services, and guide patients based on their concerns, helping them understand treatment options and referring them to the appropriate departments or clinics. This role also plays a key part in lead qualification and generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from patients and provide empathetic, medically-informed guidance.
• Understand patient concerns and explain available medical services or procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment options, helping them make informed decisions.
• Route patient leads to appropriate specialists, clinics, or departments for follow-up.
• Maintain clear documentation of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential leads as needed to support conversion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare communication standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve patient engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree (non-practicing).
• Strong medical knowledge across general health topics.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or regional language is a plus).
• Previous experience in telemedicine, patient care, or healthcare BPO is a bonus.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and managing remote communications.
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional in tone and manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to explain medical concepts in layman's terms.
• Sales mindset without compromising patient ethics.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
