Job Title: Manager – Textile (Dyeing & Processing Unit)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage operations in the textile dyeing & processing unit. Ensure effective labour management and maintain workforce discipline. Drive production efficiency to achieve operational and quality targets.
Handle procurement and ensure timely availability of raw materials and machinery.
Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. Requirements: Graduate in Textile/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in textile (dyeing & processing) industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in production planning and procurement management.
