Job Description

CLIENT: 35 year old Real Estate Firm with record of successful completion of multiple residential high rise projects in UP & Uttarakhand.


KEY DELIVERABLES:


  • Oversee Sales & Marketing of upcoming project comprising over 500 units of 3 & 4 BHK luxury apartments.

  • Identifying large Institutions for bulk deals and targeting HNIs.

  • Developing relationships with channel partners and btokers active in the area.

  • Drive sales growth by leading from the front and coordinating efforts of sales team and creating strategy for increase in sales volume.

  • Drive Brand building activities by making project presentations, social media campaigns at local level, road shows etc.

  • Corporate communication-both internal and external through press releases and technical articles in the media interfacing with advertising agencies.



Incumbent pedigree:


  • Robust real estate sales & marketing exposure of 20 years.

  • Driven sales strategies in real estate projects, led direct sales and developed channel partner relationships in Ghaziabad and Noida.

  • Maintained healthy relationship with the customers at all stages and ensuring their satisfaction.
