General Manager - Projects Execution

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely completion within defined quality, cost, safety, and schedule parameters.
• Apply advanced construction techniques to deliver high-quality finishes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Regional Head in executing construction activities for designated buildings, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret structural and architectural drawings, identifying necessary modifications and effectively communicating them while suggesting value-added ideas.
• Regularly assess and compare completed work quantities against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to uphold cost efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Implement on-site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring accurate and timely progress reports. Manage client and subcontractor billing and submission processes in accordance with the established schedule.
• Manage all MEP services for planning, procurement, site clearance, installation, and testing activities. Coordinate with clients and consultants for Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
• Maintain regular communication with clients and consultants regarding contractual matters.
• Liaise with government authorities for all statutory compliance during project implementation.
• Ensure the quality of construction work and adherence to timelines, successfully achieving project milestones as scheduled.
• Responsible for all progress reports and Management Information System (MIS) reports
• Encourage staff learning and development to enhance team capabilities.

Work collaboratively with various teams, including planning departments and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
