The General Manager – Plant (Milk & Milk Products) will oversee the end-to-end operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing of milk and plant-based dairy products. The role includes responsibility for production planning, quality assurance, compliance, supply chain coordination, workforce management, and strategic planning to support business goals.

Required Candidate profile:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in dairy/plant-based milk production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of milk/plant milk processing, pasteurization, homogenization, UHT, fermentation, etc.
• Familiarity with industry certifications and standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Experience with both traditional dairy and plant-based alternatives is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
