Our client is a Leading Pharma Consulting firm based out of Thane /Hyderabad and hiring for General Manager Planning and Architecture-

17 Years in similar profile in Pharma Consulting/ Solar/ EPC
Master Planning, Faade design, Layout Planning and Interior Planning
Tender dwgs and documents, coordinated GFC dwgs
Municipal and Submission dwgs preparation Coordination with various disciplines and client
Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines & Statutory Requirements
Expertise in various architecture models and technical skills
Software skills required: Revit, Sketch up and AutoCAD Follow Code of Ethics set by the company Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement.
Seeks information and help from others when assisting clients with queries
Keeps pace with high volumes of work when necessary
