General Manager Outdoor Catering Sales

You should have more than 08 years of experience in Outdoor Catering Sales with good communication skills in Hindi and English, excellent personality, strong negotiation skills, and excellent customer service and relationship management. In the role of Sales & Business Development, your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding markets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, conducting sales calls, site visits, and networking activities to generate leads, preparing and presenting catering proposals and contracts, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. For Event Coordination & Execution, you will work with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations, coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution, oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction, and address and resolve any issues that arise during events. In terms of Administrative & Financial Responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and contracts, preparing sales forecasts and reports for management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and working within budget guidelines to maximize profitability.,
