Position Overview:

We are seeking a polished, experienced, and strategic General Manager to lead both the operational excellence and marketing vision of our upscale fine dining restaurant.

This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who is passionate about curating exceptional guest experiences and elevating brand presence through thoughtful, targeted marketing.

The GM will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, while also developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive reservations, enhance brand recognition, and create a loyal clientele.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven success in managing upscale dining operations and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, digital engagement, and brand management.
• Elegant communication style and professional demeanour.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards.
• Experience with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy), POS systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.
• Established local network and knowledge of the luxury market.
• Experience planning and promoting high-end events.
• Familiarity with CRM and guest management systems.
