Job Profile:- World biggest manufacturer of shaving blades and Razors Optimum utilization of existing Machinery and adding few equipment which results production capacity has been doubled. Turn Over of the plant is doubled. Retain the existing Customers and pulling the new Customers by providing Manufacturing compliance to Quality requirements. Cost reduction of raw materials by value analysis& Engineering, control the rejection, optimum working capital, Continuous Development of factory facilities and infrastructure of different segments to make profit head center by developing the New range of products which are in high demand Developed the best product as per current Market Trend . Liaising with customers for quality or delivery issues and suggest resolution for the same New Product development. New Materials, Mould & Production Trials NewTool , Spares & fixtures manufacturing. New Product setup.& Assembly operations Hot runner moulds, HRTC & Moulds maintenance & spares planning. Successfully achieved production targets of Battery Razor 3 Hole Blade project completed. Punch presses & Press Tools. Execution of Quality standards Meeting sub ordinates to motivate & develope work culture. Co-ordination between various levels managerial other people to complete project work in given time period. . Involved actively operations like, Blades Manufacturing, and Tool room related functions. Leading product development activities involving development of short / long-term business plans Ensuring on schedule delivery with Quality. Production Operations :- Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters. Overseeing overall Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings. Operations & Maintenance :- Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipments. Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools. Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget. Process Engineering & Improvement :- Designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance operational efficiency. Analysing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency. Man Management :- Managing a team of executives and guiding site staff members to address and resolve performance bottlenecks. Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity. MIS for the perusal of Top Management : - Monthly P&L Statement, SKU wise Production of FG against Sale , Purchase of Raw material and consumables & other expenses , Yield RM to FG , Working Capital employed to Turn Over , Monthly Inventory with stock report , Cost Analysis to calculate gross and Net profit in each category -SKU wise ,Analyse the Report of financial status . Computer Skilled :- Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP with extensive use of computers at all levels. Quality Management Systems :- Implementation of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, EMS 14001, OHAS -18001 systems. TPM, WCM, Six sigma,
