Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end plant operations including
Press Shop, Fabrication, Tool Room, and Assembly areas
.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and customer delivery commitments.
Drive daily shop floor management through
Gemba practices
hands-on supervision and problem-solving at the workplace.
Monitor machine utilization, manpower productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain robust
quality management systems (QMS)
in line with customer and IATF standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have hands on experience in production & quality management, productivity improvement, cost controls & employee engagement
