General Manager - Legal

The role of this position is to partner with business functions to ensure effective use of technology in a specified function to meet business objectives with a digital-first mindset. You will collaborate with global functional teams and other Digital/IT verticals to strategize, plan, and deploy IT/digital initiatives within the function. Your responsibilities will include having a wide knowledge of the IT domain, along with an in-depth understanding of functional and adjacent processes. You will need to influence functional teams in technology decisions and drive a technology-driven mindset to address business needs. Additionally, you will prioritize and manage all IT initiatives within the functional domain while collaborating with other internal Digital/IT and PMO teams. The role also involves managing a team of 4-6 IT business partners specific to the functional domain and engaging in global business partnering for the function. External relationships with technology/product vendors will be guided by standard guidelines.
