Role Summary The General Manager – Legal is responsible for execution leadership across Revenue (Land & Residential), Retail (Malls), Litigation, and Liaisoning. The role ensures effective implementation of legal strategy, supervises complex transactions, and manages escalations across projects. Key Roles & Responsibilities Supervise end-to-end legal support for land, residential, and mall projects. Review and approve JDAs, development agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, CAM agreements. Manage escalated customer disputes, tenant disputes, and litigations. Oversee statutory approvals, renewals, and compliance timelines. Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and authorities. Allocate work and manage performance of Senior Managers / Managers – Legal. Ensure SLA adherence, documentation quality, and risk reporting. Qualifications & Experience LLB / LLM. 14–20 years in real estate legal roles. Strong execution and team management capability. Kannada & English mandatory.
