QUALIFICATION:

Graduate / MBA

EXPERIENCE:

18 to 20 years of relevant experience in Facility Management Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required General Manager for Asset Operations & Hospitality to lead our existing & upcoming Luxury residential portfolio.
The role requires a hardcore hospitality professional skilled in customer engagement, concierge service offerings, tech-enabled operations & SOP brand standard formulation.
He/ She will ensure consistent & efficient service delivery across assets, drive experimental living concepts& train & manage IPCs.
The position has the responsibility to lead Facility Management functions for the Residential Projects.
Upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure.
Coordinating services like House Keeping, Facade Cleaning, Garden Maintenance, Common Area Maintenance etc.
Ensuring minimum down time for all utilities and services.
Developing, Customizing and implementing SOPs and SLAs as per Company standards
Doing site audits to review the performance of site team.
Ensuring the statutory and compliance of all sub contractors deployed at sites.
Vendor Management and AMC negotiations.
To liaison with various authorities for necessary approvals

DESIRED PROFILE:

Should have handled FM Operations for large Residential Complex, IT Parks / Commercial Complex consisting of multiple buildings.
Should posses good leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact across all levels of management hierarchy.
The position requires high degree of motivation, initiative and drive with hands on operations knowledge.
