Job Description

Lead, mentor & manage global customer care teams across multiple regions & channels. Act as final point of escalation for critical customer issues, key accounts & reputational risks. Work closely with Sales, Product, Quality, Supply Chain & Finance.

Required Candidate profile

min. 15yrs of exp.in customer service or operations, with at least 5–7 yrs in a senior leadership role. Strong exp.in IT peripherals, electronics, hardware or technology products with global exposure.
