General Manager - Architectural Services

Role Overview: You will be responsible for shaping and executing the architectural vision for airport projects at Adani Airports Holding Limited. Your role will involve overseeing the design process, project drawing review, consultant management, project and financial management, compliance and risk management, feasibility studies, site inspections and construction monitoring, industry awareness and innovation, stakeholder management, and team leadership and development. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the design process for greenfield and brownfield architectural projects, ensuring alignment with the airport's strategic goals and enhancing the urban landscape. - Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with codes and regulations. - Engage and collaborate with external design consultants to ensure project goals and timelines are met. - Manage architectural design projects from concept to completion within timelines, budget, and quality standards. - Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards, obtain necessary permits, and address regulatory issues. - Conduct feasibility studies to assess design and planning projects" viability. - Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations to monitor construction progress and address design challenges. - Implement sustainable practices, stay updated on trends in automation, AI, and smart building solutions. - Engage with key stakeholders to ensure successful completion of design projects. - Lead and mentor a team of architects and design professionals, identifying training needs and focusing on skill development. Qualification Required: - A Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. - Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are advantageous. - 12-15 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to city-side or large-scale development projects, mixed-use development, hotels, retail malls, offices, convention centers, terminals, and ATC.,
