Role Description

General Manager (GM) Administration & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general administration and office operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the sales and service teams to achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and performance targets (KRAs and KPIs).
• Manage key client relationships and explore avenues for business expansion.
• Coordinate with international principals and partners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and operational excellence.
• Travel across India and, as needed, internationally for business engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (Engineering or Management preferred).

• At least 25 years of relevant professional experience

  , ideally in capital equipment or related industries.
• Proven leadership experience in

  sales, marketing, and administration

  .
• Strong skills in

  communication, organization, and people management

  .
• Experience in the

  materials testing industry

  will be an added advantage.
