Role Overview: As a General Field Specialist - Cementing at the dynamic Cementing operations team, your role involves being the on-site, first point of contact for cementing activities. You will lead people and work on various complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising crew and ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment. - Providing guidance to customers and teams on-site to coordinate cementing operations and aid decision-making processes. - Mentoring the training and development of your team to ensure quality cementing services are delivered to customers. - Providing planning and guidance for cementing jobs to ensure your team has the correct instructions and equipment. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Petroleum. - Solid experience of 5+ years in planning and supervising cementing and other allied services in offshore rigs. - Experience in planning and supervising primary cementation of at least three offshore U-HPHT wells with BHST above 350F.,
