General Field Specialist - Cementing

The General Field Specialist - Cementing position at our dynamic Cementing operations team involves being the on-site, first point of contact for cementing activities, leading people and working on various complex projects. As a Cementing Specialist, you will supervise crew, ensure operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment. You will provide guidance to customers and teams on-site to coordinate cementing operations and aid decision-making processes. Mentoring the training and development of your team is crucial to ensure quality cementing services are delivered to customers. Additionally, you will provide planning and guidance for cementing jobs to ensure your team has the correct instructions and equipment. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Petroleum, along with solid experience of 5+ years in planning and supervising cementing and other allied services in offshore rigs. You should also have experience in planning and supervising primary cementation of at least three offshore U-HPHT wells with BHST above 350F.
