Role Brief Data Analyst (Insight Generation / Data Insights)

Role Overview

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze
large-scale banking datasets
using SQL.
Generate
actionable insights
on portfolio performance, customer behavior, and risk.
Conduct deep-dives, ad-hoc analyses, and support stakeholders with recommendations.
Collaborate with business & tech teams in a
hybrid setup
.

Must-Have Skills

3–10 years of relevant
data analytics experience
.
SQL expertise
(complex queries, joins, query optimization).
Proficiency in
Excel
and one analytical tool (Python / R / SAS).
Strong
problem-solving and communication
skills.
SQL-based data extraction, and data-driven decision making also in Insight Generation .
