🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Manage employee welfare programs and benefits administration
• 직원 복리후생 프로그램 및 혜택 관리
• Coordinate internal operations and office management activities
• 내부 운영 및 사무 관리 활동 조정
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
• 노동법, 회사 정책 및 절차 준수 보장
• Serve as point of contact for employee welfare inquiries and issues
• 직원 복리후생 관련 문의 및 문제 대응
• Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• 직원 참여 및 건강 프로그램 기획 및 실행
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on welfare operations
• 복리후생 운영 관련 기록 유지 및 보고서 작성

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 경영학, 인사(HR) 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
• 3+ years of experience in general affairs, welfare operations, or HR support
• 총무, 복리후생 운영 또는 HR 지원 경력 3년 이상
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and office management
• 노동법, 직원 복리후생 및 사무 관리에 대한 이해
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 뛰어난 조직, 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
• Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
