Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and innovative

Generative AI Engineer

to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI models and solutions. You will work on state-of-the-art technologies including large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and multimodal AI systems to solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Fine-Tuning
- Design and fine-tune generative models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, DALL E).
- Train models using domain-specific datasets for text, image, audio, or multimodal generation.
- Implement techniques like prompt engineering, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and transfer learning.
System Integration
- Build APIs and microservices to integrate GenAI models into production systems.
- Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Data Engineering
  - Curate, preprocess, and augment large-scale datasets for training and evaluation.
  - Ensure data quality, diversity, and ethical compliance.
- Evaluation & Optimization
  - Evaluate model performance using metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, FID, perplexity, and human feedback.
  - Optimize models for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Responsible AI
  - Implement safety filters, bias mitigation strategies, and content moderation pipelines.
  - Stay updated on AI ethics, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
