Job Description

SUMMARY
Title: GenAI Automation
Exp: 5- 15 yearsLocation: Hyderabad/Gurugram/Pune Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python (hands-on scripting, OOP concepts).
Experience with automation frameworks PyTest, Robot Framework, Unittest, or Behave (BDD).
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or requests library.
Knowledge of UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Working knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
Exposure to cloud testing environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes (optional).
Good to Have
GenAI Testing Knowledge Understanding of Generative AI concepts such as:
o Prompt engineering and testing AI responses for accuracy, consistency, and bias.
o Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
o Experience designing test cases for AI-driven applications, including validation of model outputs and comparison with expected baselines.
o Exposure to AI model evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, recall, F1 score, hallucination detection).
o Awareness of data quality, ethical AI, and responsible AI testing practices.
