Role Overview: As a Technical Architect for GenAI, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership, enabling delivery teams to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. You will be expected to develop architectural solutions for new deals, create enterprise-wide architectures, provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of custom solutions, and collaborate with various IT groups to transition tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems. - Provide solutioning for RFPs from clients and ensure overall design assurance. - Analyze technology environment, client requirements, and enterprise specifics to set a collaboration solution design framework. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using modern technology. - Define current state solutions, identify improvements, options, and tradeoffs for target state solutions. - Articulate architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns and propose investment roadmaps. - Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem. - Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture. - Track industry and application trends to relate these to current and future IT needs. - Provide technical and strategic input during project planning phases. - Manage multiple projects, report status accurately, identify risks, and prepare risk mitigation plans. - Ensure quality assurance of architecture or design decisions and provide technical support to delivery teams. - Recommend tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity. - Develop and maintain enterprise frameworks and related artifacts. - Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects for their career development. - Collaborate with stakeholders such as delivery teams, pre-sales teams, practice teams, and Holmes engineering for various purposes. - Support sales teams in creating wins, provide delivery support, focus on capability development, and manage team effectively. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of deep technical expertise in distributed transactional scale & digital architectures. - Experience in Solution Architecture. - Proficiency in Java or .NET and related frameworks. - Familiarity with GenAI, ChatGPT, LLM, RAG architectures, and CoPilot. - Experience in Cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Knowledge of Microservices and cloud-native architectures.
