GenAI Architect

As a Technical Architect at GenAI, your role involves providing exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership to support delivery teams in achieving outstanding client engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing architectural solutions, solutioning RFPs, analyzing technology environments, offering technical leadership, and collaborating with various IT groups for performance and issue resolution. Additionally, you will support pre-sales activities, create proof of concepts, and mentor junior architects for their career growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests - Create an enterprise-wide architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability - Provide solutioning for RFPs and uphold overall design assurance - Analyze technology environments and client requirements to establish a collaboration solution design framework - Define current state solutions, propose improvements, options, and tradeoffs for target state solutions - Articulate and document architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns - Evaluate and recommend solutions for integration with the overall technology ecosystem - Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams - Monitor industry and application trends for future IT needs - Offer technical and strategic input during project planning - Ensure consistent application of architecture principles and standards - Assist the pre-sales team in presenting solution designs to clients - Develop proof of concepts, case studies, and white papers - Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects - Contribute to the architecture practice through selection interviews - Manage team resourcing, talent management, and performance - Promote diversity in leadership positions within the team - Lead engagement initiatives and monitor team satisfaction scores Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills and customer management skills - 12+ years of deep technical expertise in distributed transactional scale & digital architectures - Experience in Solution Architecture - Experience in Java or .NET and related frameworks - Experience in GenAI, ChatGPT, LLM, RAG architectures, and CoPilot - Experience in Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience in Microservices and cloud native architectures,
