GenAI Architect

As a member of the Godrej Enterprises Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust and scalable GenAI architecture that aligns with business objectives. Your role will involve enabling innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage through GenAI while defining and enforcing GenAI architecture standards and best practices. You will play a key role in defining the overall GenAI architecture roadmap and ensuring model scalability and reliability in production environments. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing model monitoring and performance optimization strategies to drive continuous improvement. - Design infra architecture for GenAI model training and deployment - Define the overall GenAI architecture roadmap and patterns practices - Ensure cost-effectiveness of the GenAI infrastructure - Drive innovation and research in GenAI to implement cutting-edge solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI through research and experimentation Conducting regular audits and assessments of GenAI solutions will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be responsible for conducting code reviews and architecture assessments, putting together an auditing framework with various aspects and scoring methods, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations. Your focus will be on reducing bias and fairness issues in GenAI models through thorough evaluations and assessments. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of GenAI solutions - Conduct code reviews and architecture assessments - Develop an auditing framework with various aspects and scoring methods - Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations - Reduce bias and fairness issues in GenAI models through evaluations Developing and publishing evaluation metrics will be another key responsibility. You will evaluate and select appropriate GenAI models and frameworks, design a Gen AI auditing framework, and publish metrics on companywide dashboards, external partners and stakeholders, as well as at conferences and events. Additionally, you will contribute to presentation, content development, awareness building, and training initiatives related to Gen AI, focusing on enhancing capabilities and ensuring effective communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Evaluate and select appropriate GenAI models and frameworks - Design a Gen AI auditing framework - Publish metrics on companywide dashboards and external partners - Contribute to presentation, content development, and training initiatives - Enhance capabilities and ensure effective communication of complex concepts To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE/Btech in computers or data science and have relevant trainings/certifications in domains like Deep Learning & Core AI/ML, AI & MLOps, Cloud & Software Architecture, Data & AI Engineering, Communication, Model Deployment & Optimization. You must possess 8-10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years in Gen AI application development and cloud-based architecture. Special skills required include expertise in AI, Gen AI, LLM development frameworks, hands-on cloud expertise, architecture skills, deep learning & core AI/ML, generative AI expertise, cloud & software architecture, data engineering & ethics, communication, and model deployment & optimization.,
