Job Description

Your Role
We are seeking a Transformation Lead with a strong background in Azure cloud architecture and hands-on experience in implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role blends cloud-native application design with modern AI capabilities, supporting the organization"s journey toward intelligent, scalable, and AI-augmented systems.

Design and build secure, scalable applications using Azure services like App Services, Functions, and Azure DevOps.

Design and implement GenAI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, crewAI, or OpenAI Agent SDK to orchestrate multi-step reasoning and agent workflows.

Design and deliver AI-powered solutions for production use cases such as intelligent document processing, automated content generation, enterprise search assistants, and decision-support systems. Apply techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning

Your Profile

EducationBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Strong experience in Azure cloud services and infrastructure.

Practical understanding of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, crewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK

Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.

Experience working with LLMs and GenAI techniques such as prompt engineering and RAG.

Background in building microservices and serverless solutions.
