GenAI and Azure Solution Architect

As a Transformation Lead at Capgemini Invent, you will play a key role in driving the organization's journey towards intelligent, scalable, and AI-augmented systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and building secure, scalable applications using Azure services like App Services, Functions, and Azure DevOps. - Implementing GenAI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, crewAI, or OpenAI Agent SDK to orchestrate multi-step reasoning and agent workflows. - Delivering AI-powered solutions for production use cases such as intelligent document processing, automated content generation, enterprise search assistants, and decision-support systems, employing techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong experience in Azure cloud services and infrastructure. - Practical understanding of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, crewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK. - Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development. - Experience working with LLMs and GenAI techniques such as prompt engineering and RAG. - Background in building microservices and serverless solutions.
