About the Role

We are hiring a GenAI Engineer who can code, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Python, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and has experience in creating reusable agentic components. You ll work on integrating both OpenAI and open-source LLMs into scalable, cloud-based solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and agents for automation and workflow optimization.


• Develop reusable agentic components aligned with our tech stack.


• Work hands-on with Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.


• Leverage OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).


• Prepare and process structured/unstructured datasets for fine-tuning or training models.


• Deploy scalable solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and manage the lifecycle with MLOps best practices.


• Stay up to date with the latest GenAI/LLM advancements and apply them to real-world problems.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 10 years total experience, with 4+ years in NLP/LLMs.


• Strong Python coding skills (must be hands-on).


• Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other agentic frameworks.


• Ability to design reusable, production-grade AI components.


• Practical experience with both proprietary (OpenAI) and open-source LLMs.


• Experience deploying solutions on Azure (preferred) or other major cloud platforms.


• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building, not theory.
