Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Team Lead (Architect level) with deep expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning,
and strong working knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing,
and scaling AI-driven solutions, while also guiding a team of ML engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Generative AI and ML solutions across the organization.
Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for ML engineers and developers.
Integrate DevOps best practices for ML workflows (MLOps), including CI/CD for model deployment in Databricks.
Oversee infrastructure decisions related to model training (cloud compute, GPUs, storage, etc.).
Stay up-to-date with the latest in Gen AI (Langchain, Langraph) and drive innovation within the team.
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
Primary Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and transformers.
Strong expertise in Machine Learning, data science, and deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.
Hands-on experience with Vector Databases: integration, similarity search, and semantic retrieval.
Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings generation, and prompt engineering.
Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments with scalability and performance in mind.
Secondary Skills:
Proficiency in DevOps and Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), especially AI/ML services and compute infrastructure.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible.
Exposure to MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow).
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
8+ years of industry experience in software or AI development.
Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects from concept to production.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
