Gen AI Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, technically proficient, and communicative Generative AI Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will help design, develop and deliver training and quality-control for generative-AI systems or for users learning to use GenAI tools. You will act as a bridge between model-engineering teams and end-users or internal stakeholders, ensuring that AI systems perform reliably and that users (or colleagues) can use them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve output quality of generative-AI models: review model outputs across varied use-cases, identify errors or weak spots, and help refine prompts or data to improve performance. Resources Rework+1
• Create and maintain high-quality training datasets: write, review and refine prompts and responses (or annotated data) to teach/fine-tune models. Resources Rework+1
• Develop and deliver training content: prepare training materials, documentation, guidelines, tutorials or workshops for users — this could include live sessions, webinars, or asynchronous course material. Indeed+2Indeed+2
• Coach and mentor learners or team members: guide beginners to intermediate users (or internal staff) on how to use GenAI tools (text-generation, image/video generation, prompt-engineering, etc.), give feedback on their usage, and adapt lessons based on learner feedback. Indeed+1
• Collaborate with ML/engineering teams: work with machine-learning engineers, product managers or data scientists to integrate feedback loops, address model limitations, and improve AI product quality. Resources Rework+1
• Monitor and report quality metrics: track performance of AI models (error rates, edge-case failures, user feedback), and help build processes for continuous improvement. Resources Rework
• Keep training content and skills up to date: stay current with developments in generative-AI tools, techniques (prompt-engineering, multimodal AI, safety/ethical AI) and reflect updates in training materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
