GenAI Trainer

Role Overview:

Lead the internal enablement and adoption of Generative AI tools across Airtel Africa. The GenAI Trainer will drive awareness and practical use of platforms like Microsoft Copilot

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging workshops, demos, and enablement programs to boost GenAI adoption.
Develop and showcase simple no-code/low-code POCs for business use cases.
Support teams in applying AI tools effectively and responsibly in daily workflows.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and teams on GenAI integration and best practices.
Track adoption metrics and gather feedback to enhance AI learning initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience
in AI enablement, digital transformation, or technology training.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with executive leadership.
Practical knowledge of
ChatGPT
,
Microsoft Copilot
, and similar tools.
Experience conducting live demos and hands-on sessions.
Understanding of responsible AI use and data governance.
