Gen AI Solution Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML models, especially generative AI technologies like GPT, DALL E, Stable Diffusion, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that leverage generative models to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business objectives and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement generative AI solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with the companys overall strategy. Design solutions that balance out speed with enterprise scalability and find appropriate solutions that fit the purpose. Lead a team of AI professionals to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve the companys offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions and drive innovation. Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on the benefits and limitations of generative AI solutions. Design and develop end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and technology roadmaps. Provide mentorship and guidance to others. Formulate innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes and systems. Solve complex or unusual problems in consideration of the potential impacts. Negotiate the needs of multiple users or business partners. Balance between IT standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks. Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies. Bachelor s in engineering, preferably from Tier-I institute. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Comprehensive knowledge of fundamentals and operating principles of architecture. In-depth understanding of the companys products, services, and business processes. Ability to manage business partner expectations at a senior level. Experience in managing vendors necessary to complete a project. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Advanced knowledge of AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions. Master s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in current and future technology architecture, including the interoperability of technologies. Specialized software knowledge in AI development and architecture. Experience in leading and managing large-scale AI projects. Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a variety of industries.
