Position - Gen AI Solution Architect Work location - Bangalore (Hybrid) Notice period - Immediate to Max 30 days Year of Experience - 8 -10 Years Candidates graduated from Tier 1 institutes are only considered for this position. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement generative AI solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with the company & overall strategy. Design solutions that balance out speed with enterprise scalability and find appropriate solutions that fit the purpose Lead a team of AI professionals to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve the company & offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions and drive innovation. Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on the benefits and limitations of generative AI solutions. Design and develop end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and technology roadmaps Provide mentorship and guidance to others Formulate innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes and systems Solve complex or unusual problems in consideration of the potential impacts Negotiate the needs of multiple users or business partners Balance between I/T standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks. Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies. Bachelors in Engineering, preferably from Tier-I institute Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Comprehensive knowledge of fundamentals and operating principles of architecture In-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and business processes Ability to manage business partner expectations at a senior level Experience in managing vendors necessary to complete a project Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Advanced knowledge of AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions. Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in current and future technology architecture, including the interoperability of technologies Specialized software knowledge in AI development and architecture Experience in leading and managing large-scale AI projects Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a variety of industries Email: Sam@hiresquad.in
