Gen Ai Lead/Architect

As an AI Lead or Architect at V Ascendus International Tech Park in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and growth of the organization's Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Design and Architecture: - Developing end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures, covering data ingestion, model development, and deployment. - Defining and documenting AI architecture blueprints, best practices, and standards. - Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies for project requirements. - Practice Development: - Building and managing a team of AI specialists, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical staff. - Establishing best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for AI project execution. - Project Oversight: - Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions. - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Conducting regular performance reviews and ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and techniques. - Technical Leadership: - Providing technical guidance to development teams on AI/ML implementation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to deliver AI-driven solutions. - Ensuring that AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. - Innovation and Research: - Monitoring emerging AI technologies, trends, and advancements to keep the organization competitive. - Promoting the ethical use of AI and establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI practices. Additionally, the following qualifications are required for this position: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership positions. - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and LLM models. Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as Lang Chain, Agentic Frameworks. Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI). Hands-on expertise in Prompt engineering, Prompt techniques like One Shot, Few Shot, ReAct.etc - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive complex projects. - Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.,
