About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Generative AI Engineer to support the development of AI/ML solutions, LLM-based applications, and automation workflows. The ideal candi has a solid foundation in machine learning, NLP, and Python, with a strong interest in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and vector-based search systems.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
AI/LLM Development
- Assist in building and deploying LLM-backed applications , chatbots, and automation agents.
- Support development of RAG (Retrieval- mented Generation) pipelines, embeddings, and vector search workflows.
- Work with APIs of modern LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama).
- Assist in fine-tuning models, dataset preparation, and prompt design.
Engineering & Implementation
- Develop clean, maintainable code in Python and integrate AI models into backend services.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows.
- Collaborate on building scalable AI microservices and internal automation tools.
- Work with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) to deploy and run AI workloads.
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices in AI architecture and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and cross-functional discussions.
- Stay up with evolving GenAI trends, frameworks, and model capabilities.
Ideal Candi Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or backend development (internships included).
- Strong command of Python , NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and basic ML fundamentals.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs or frameworks like Transformers , LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Understanding of embeddings, text classification, and vector databases (basic exposure).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and basic cloud concepts (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to explore new technologies.
Soft Skills & Leadership Attributes
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing AI engineering team.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Analytical thinker who can translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Passion for mentoring, in ation, and staying ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Preferred / Nice to have
- Exposure to reinforcement learning, planning-based or multi-modal agents.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise SaaS platforms or APIs.
