Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Senior AI Product Engineer

Design and deliver AI-first product features
such as contract summarization, semantic search, guided workflows, and benchmarking insights.
Integrate and orchestrate LLMs
(OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) into product workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration.
Implement RAG pipelines
and embedding-based search with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
Prototype and iterate rapidly
, experimenting with prompts, models, and workflows to optimize user-facing outcomes.
Contribute across the stack
—Python for AI workflows, React + NestJS for seamless product integration.
Advise on architecture and systems design
to ensure AI features are performant, cost-effective, and maintainable.
Collaborate with product leaders
to define use cases, success metrics, and user experience expectations.
Instrument and monitor AI features
to measure quality, performance, and adoption.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and providers
to recommend improvements that accelerate delivery and improve ROI.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years building
AI-powered product features
.
Proven ability to
ship AI-driven features
in a production SaaS environment.
Strong skills in
Python
(AI workflows) and
TypeScript/Node.js
(backend integration).
Familiarity with
React
for embedding AI into front-end experiences.
Experience with
vector databases
and retrieval workflows.
Solid understanding of
systems design and SaaS architecture
, especially for AI integrations.
Strong focus on building production-ready code
that is robust, maintainable, and scalable.
Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset—you think in terms of user workflows and measurable client value.

Bonus Points

Experience in
enterprise SaaS
or other data-heavy B2B products.
Knowledge of
procurement, pricing, or contract analytics

Familiarity with
multi-agent AI systems
and workflow automation.
Contributions to
