Relevant experience in the design and development of various applications using cloud-native digital technologies in the insurance industry.

Good Understanding of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain
Expertise in designing and building GenAI-powered solutions
Expert-level knowledge of Agentic AI Framework, either of below Langgraph and Crewai
Experience in Performance Optimization: Optimize LLM model performance through hyperparameter tuning and architecture refinement
Expert in GenAI technologies like Python, Langchain, Langgraph, OpenAI Azure Document Intelligence ADI Azure Service Bus Retrieval Augmented generation RAG
Proficiency in AgileScrum methodologies
Good Communication Skills
