Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL•E, Stable Diffusion).
Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate models into applications.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI.
Optimize model performance and inference speed for production environments.
Implement responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, explainability, and safety.
Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

46 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
Experience with LLMs, GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI systems.
Experience with model evaluation metrics and A/B testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
