Job Description

Role: Senior GenAI Developer

Description: We are looking for an Engineering Manager where you will lead delivery

teams building cutting-edge backend and GenAI features and drive agile execution,

ensure code quality, and collaborate with architects implementing GenAI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery across pods building scalable GenAI and API services

  • Run standups, sprints, retrospectives, and Jira workflows

  • Drive backend deployment, security reviews, and QA pipelines

  • Coordinate integration of RAG APIs and vector DB pipelines

  • Promote use of code quality agents and modern CI/CD practices

Experience: 69 years

Cloud & Deployment:

  • AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch), Azure, GCP

  • AI Tools & Productivity Stack


  • GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Codiga, Jira

Security & Compliance

  • Access control, deployment integrity, secure endpoints, compliance awareness

Soft Skills

  • Mentor-first mindset, delivery-driven, team player, excellent communicator
