Gen AI Developer

Requirements

• Bachelors in technology
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python and LLM framework LangChain and LangGraph.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI applications
• In-depth knowledge of orchestration of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented, Agents and integration of external tools for workflows
• Strong background in fine-tuning large language models for domain-specific tasks
• Experience with agentic workflow and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and serverless architecture
• Solid foundation in AI/ML development principles and best practices
• Proven track record of deploying production-ready GenAI applications in enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI and Agentic applications using state-of-the-art techniques
• Fine-tune and optimize models for domain-specific tasks, employing hyperparameter tuning and performance profiling to maximize efficiency
• Integrate AI solutions into production, building scalable RESTful APIs and serverless architectures with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
• Orchestrate complex workflows with Lang Chain and agentic frameworks, chaining together LLMs, retrieval systems, and external tools
• Research and evaluate new AI methodologies, keeping abreast of the latest academic and industry advancements in generative AI Agens
• Monitor model performance and reliability in production, detecting and resolving issues such as model drift, data skew, or hallucinations
• Document architecture and processes, maintaining clear records of model designs, training pipelines, API contracts, and best operational practices
• Ensure ethical and secure AI practices, adhering to data privacy regulations and organizational security policies throughout the AI workflow
