Job Description

Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) projects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Design, build, and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) to demonstrate the impact and potential of Generative AI across multiple industry verticals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, software development, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud environments, primarily on Azure.
Oversee the deployment, scaling, and optimization of deep learning-based AI applications in production environments.
Provide guidance on best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing to build internal capabilities in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
Stay updated with the latest research, frameworks, and tools in AI/ML to bring innovative solutions to business challenges.
