About the Company

Suntech Industries is a Jaipur-based manufacturing and technical solutions company with over 25 years of experience in electrical products, solar solutions, energy meters, EV infrastructure, and government/PSU projects. We work extensively with government departments, PSUs, and large institutions across India.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GeM Portal Executive to manage our end-to-end GeM portal operations and government tendering activities.

Job Responsibilities

GeM Portal Operations

  • Register, manage, and update company profile on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal
  • Upload and manage product listings with correct specifications, images, HSN codes, pricing, and compliance details
  • Monitor new bids, BOQs, and purchase requests on GeM daily
  • Participate in bidding, reverse auctions, and direct purchase orders on GeM
  • Respond to buyer queries, clarifications, and technical requirements within timelines
  • Manage order acceptance, delivery timelines, invoice uploading, and payment follow-ups on GeM

Tendering & Bidding

  • Search, identify, and analyze relevant government/PSU tenders (GeM + offline portals)
  • Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids as per tender requirements
  • Coordinate for EMD, BG, tender fees, and compliance documents
  • Ensure timely submission of bids with zero error and full documentation

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain documents such as:
  • Company profile
  • MSME, GST, PAN, UDYAM, ISO certificates
  • Past performance, work orders, completion certificates
  • Product datasheets, test reports, compliance declarations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs and pricing approvals
  • Maintain proper records of all bids, orders, and correspondence

Coordination & Follow-up

  • Coordinate with:
  • Accounts team for invoices, GST, and payments
  • Stores/logistics team for dispatch and delivery
  • Clients/buyers for order execution and closure
  • Follow up with departments for order releases, inspections, and payments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience working on GeM Portal (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of government tendering process, BOQ, technical/commercial bids
  • Good understanding of documentation, compliance, and eligibility criteria
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PDF handling, email drafting
  • Ability to understand technical products (electrical, solar, meters, EV, pumps, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience in manufacturing, electrical, solar, EV, water solutions, or infrastructure companies
  • Prior work with PSU / Govt departments tenders will be a big advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
