GEL Technician

Role Overview: You will be a GEL Technician at Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Obtain the passdown and capture information from supervisors and planning reports. - Develop an action plan, communicate it effectively, and evaluate the results. - Maintain equipment by diagnosing and solving problems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring proper documentation. - Monitor equipment performance, extract data, measure process metrics, and communicate trends. - Facilitate communication between ES, Engineering, and Production teams to relay information and resolve issues promptly. - Prioritize customer needs, respond positively, and adjust work accordingly. - Support continuous improvement projects to enhance test equipment efficiency and yield. - Propose and execute improvement projects, perform FA analysis, and assist engineers as required. - Identify and report hazards promptly, follow safety procedures, and operate equipment within guidelines. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred. - Knowledge of validated detailed troubleshooting methods. - Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and provide feedback. - Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures. - Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to changing priorities.
