GDS Director-Corporate Finance Leader

We are looking for a skilled professional with 16 to 21 years of experience to lead our Global FP&A team, responsible for leading financial planning and analysis across nine countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic financial analysis and excellent leadership skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to defining the strategy for the business unit and serve as a key partner for relevant business leaders/stakeholders. Enable business decision capability by providing high-quality decision support analysis from a financial strategies perspective. Ensure Finance objectives align with organization/business goals and support strategic/business improvement initiatives. Translate strategy into budget/planning and propose measurable targets, overseeing and managing the business budget and forecast process. Deliver monthly Financial performance analysis reports with actionable insights and solutions to address issues. Monitor progress achieved and provide insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Drive cost structure and productivity optimization, proficiently integrating technical solutions to drive strategic business outcomes. Guide, motivate, and develop the GDS Global FP&A team within GDS Talent guidelines. ### Job Requirements CA or equivalent qualification; post-graduation is desirable but not mandatory. Approximately 16+ years of relevant experience within a big four accounting firm or large multinational firms, with at least 8 years of experience in a senior management role. Experience working in a cross-border, virtual environment, and international settings is preferred. Structured and results-driven leader with advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical skills with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, demonstrating passion and energy in promoting EY values and behaviors. Effective leadership style with a focus on building an inclusive culture and high-performing teams of global professionals.
