Your Role And Responsibilities
The GDN Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring strategy, ensuring delivery against business demand, and maintaining high standards of stakeholder management, candidate experience, and process excellence. This role requires a strong mix of people leadership, operational excellence, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Selection Specialist to achieve hiring targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development.
- Ensure accountability, ownership, and high team morale.
- Manage workload distribution and resource planning.
Hiring Delivery & Operations
- Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and positions.
- Drive weekly monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targets.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics like:
- Time to Hire (TAT)
- Offer to Join Ratio
- Candidate Dropouts
- Hiring Quality
- Ensure adherence to recruitment process and compliance.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Set realistic hiring expectations through market intelligence.
- Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and escalation support.
Process Excellence & Automation
- Identify gaps in current hiring processes and suggest improvements.
- Drive adoption of ATS/HRMS tools
- Support automation, reporting, and hiring audits.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience Required: 610 Years

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience in Tech & Non-Tech hiring
- Exposure to Global / India Hiring Models
