Job Description

Role & responsibilities Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , specifically BigQuery and Dataproc . Hands-on experience with any Query Language ( SQL/HQL ). Experience working in Linux/Unix environments . Proficiency in at least one programming language ( Python, PySpark, Scala, or Java ). Solid understanding of unit testing principles . Preferred candidate profile Exposure to pipeline migration from Hadoop to BigQuery . Familiarity with Apache Airflow for workflow automation. Knowledge of Shell Scripting . Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming. Understanding of GCP Looker for data visualization.
