Position Overview:

Siddh Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced Gastroenterologist with strong expertise in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing gastroenterological cases, including advanced endoscopic interventions, and should demonstrate clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including:
  - Upper GI Endoscopy (EGD) - Colonoscopy - ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) - Endoscopic Polypectomy, Variceal Banding, Foreign Body Removal - Endoscopic Dilatations and Stenting
• Evaluate and manage patients with gastrointestinal, hepatic, and pancreatic disorders.
• Collaborate with surgical, radiology, oncology, and ICU teams in complex GI and hepatobiliary cases.
• Participate in gastroenterology consults for inpatients and emergency referrals.
• Contribute to clinical training, case discussions, and academic sessions at the hospital.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, quality, and documentation standards in all procedures.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: DM/DNB in Gastroenterology from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of post-super specialty experience in a tertiary care setup.
• Proficiency in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures is a must.
• Licensure: Valid registration with the State Medical Council / NMC.
