Position Overview:

Siddh Hospital is inviting applications for a highly qualified and experienced Urologist with proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological conditions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently performing urological procedures and minimally invasive surgeries, while working in collaboration with nephrology and critical care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently diagnose and treat urological disorders involving the kidneys, bladder, prostate, urethra, and male reproductive system.
• Perform a wide range of urological procedures, including:
  - TURP, PCNL, URS, RIRS, and ESWL - Laparoscopic urological surgeries - Urethral stricture management - Prostate surgeries and cystoscopies
• Interpret imaging studies such as IVP, CT urograms, ultrasound, and uroflowmetry.
• Manage acute urological emergencies such as renal colic, hematuria, urinary retention, and urosepsis.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and ICU team for renal replacement therapy and critical care management.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary tumor boards in cases of urological malignancies.
• Participate in academic discussions, CMEs, and hospital-led clinical initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: MCh / DNB in Urology from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years of independent practice in urological surgery and procedures.
• Licensure: Valid registration with the State Medical Council / NMC.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in endourological, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive urological surgeries.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities and experience in male reproductive and renal pathologies.
• Ability to manage urological oncology and trauma cases effectively.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Familiarity with NABH documentation and clinical safety standards.
