Gardening Expert

The Garden Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily horticultural operations, ensuring all garden areas are maintained to the highest standards of health, aesthetics, and safety. This role involves supervising a team of gardeners, planning their work schedules, and monitoring task completion across multiple sites. The supervisor will guide staff in pruning, planting, weeding, fertilizing, pest control, lawn care, irrigation management, and seasonal maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include inspecting gardens regularly, identifying issues early, and implementing corrective measures such as soil improvement, plant replacement, disease treatment, and irrigation adjustments. The Garden Supervisor will also ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment. Coordination with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing professional suggestions to improve the landscape are essential parts of the job.

The position requires strong leadership, horticulture knowledge, time management, and problem-solving abilities. The supervisor must maintain daily logs, track material usage, manage inventories, and ensure all work complies with safety protocols. They will also train gardeners on best practices and maintain discipline, quality, and efficiency within the team.
